主要承担本科流行病学、预防医学、循证医学、医学科研设计与论文写作及研究生高级流行病学、临床流行病学、医学科研设计的教学工作。
研究方向编辑本段
主要是慢性非传染性疾病的分子流行病学、环境流行病及现场流行病学。近年主要开展了厦门肝癌病因的系列研究工作，其研究成果先后发表在《中华流行病学杂志》、《中华预防医学杂志》、《Epidemiology》、《Journal of Exposure Science and Environmental Epidemiology》等国内外著名杂志上，2010年发表于《中华预防医学杂志》的论文被美国BioMedLib评为2010年全球同类研究领域十大最佳论文之首。
近几年完成市科技项目1项，作为主要研究成员与中科院、厦门CDC合作开展国家及国内外合作研究项目3项，累计发表论文30多篇。参编国家级教材编写3部。
