社会流行病学

社会流行病学（social epidemiology）是流行病学的一门分支学科，社会流行病学主要研究社会交往和人类的集体活动如何影响人类健康。

We define social epidemiology as the branch of epidemiology that considers how social interactions and collective human activities affect health. In other words, social epidemiology is about how a society’s innumerable social arrangements, past and present, yield differential exposures and thus differences in health outcomes among the persons who comprise the population.
