王素青

王素青， 博士，武汉大学公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生学系副教授，硕士研究生导师。湖北省营养学会理事，中国营养学会、中国毒理学会及中国环境诱变剂学会会员。2004-2007美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校医学与公共卫生学院副研究员，2003-2004美国阿拉巴马大学伯明翰分校环境卫生研究所博士后。主要研究CYP1B1信号机制在脂肪酸及其代谢物中作用；肥胖及其相关疾病。 公卫家园
