实验室简介
实验室的主要研究方向是表观遗传在化学物发挥毒效应中的调控机制,目前着重于非编码RNA作为新型生物标志在化学中毒、化学致癌中的应用。实验室通过多种生物技术手段(包括高通量测序技术,生物信息学,分子细胞生物学等以人和小鼠果蝇为对象,揭示非编码RNA在化学物质毒性效应中所起的作用。
